Our vacation home has approx, 2045 Sq. Ft. and was renovated in 2014 and also received new furniture. It has 3 bedrooms (for up to 6 persons) each including a TV, 3 bathrooms – one of which can be used as a pool bathroom.
One large L – shaped swimming pool with a waterfall and a possibility to sit in with a table. The pool can be heated by solar energy or electrically. Since the pool is located on the southwest side, you can enjoy the Florida sun all day long until it sets.

Our vacation home is the best starting point to visit all attractions in Florida.
There are many beautiful beaches nearby.
You can reach Orlando within 2.5 hours.
Miami within 2.5 hours.
Tampa in approx. 2 hours.

- 1. How to calculate the total price?
The price list, see the tab – rates. Weekly rates are based on up to three guests; additional guests (13 and older) pay $ 115 per week extra. The total price consists of rent (calculated for the booked nights), add the cleaning fee and 11% tax. There is also a electric fee and a $500 security deposit.
- 2. How do I book the House?
After you decided for our Villa and we have confirmed the availability, you´ll receive a detailed rental agreement. The agreement should be signed within five business days and sent back to us. The House is reserved for you, once we received the signed contract and the deposit.
- 3. How much is the deposit?
The deposit consists of 20% of the rental fee and and the 11% taxes. We accept U.S. checks and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
- 4. When is the balance due?
That depends on your length of stay:
For weekly bookings (under one month in length), the balance is due upon arrival and will be collected by the property manager at the check-in. It should be paid in cash, Travelers checks, or with a cashier’s check.
For monthly bookings, the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival and should be paid by personal check or wire transfer to us or our property management.
- 5. What happens if I need to cancel?
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the booking for whatever reason. If you have already paid the balance for a monthly booking and need to cancel shortly before you arrive, the entire amount is non-refundable. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travelers insurance.
- 6. When are arrivals and departures?
Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed. If new guests are expected on the same day, the check-out time must be observed.
- 7. How do I get on arrival in the House?
You go straight to the House. The key will be deposited directly on the House for you, so that you have access at any time after 4 p.m., even if you arrive late at night. After you get settled in, you make an appointment with the property management to be checked in, either the same day or the next morning. Details are described in the rental agreement.
- 8. When do I get the deposit back?
ou will receive the security deposit back within about four weeks after you leave, minus any charges for the electric usage, long distance phone calls or repair costs for any damages you may have caused. The deposit is returned the same way it was received, i.e. by check or as a refund to your credit card, unless otherwise agreed.
